I am a Malaysian Citizen aged 18 years old and above and by filling up and submitting this Registration Form by pressing the "Register Now !" button, I understand my rights and responsibility as Member and the flow of BMW2u (that can be obtained, but not limited to at the F.A.Q page in MEMBER AREA once I registered) and I agree to accept and receive notification through email and/or sms (chargeable sms, where the case may be) from time to time regarding offers, information & announcement on this Program. I also understand and agree that my information will not be sold or made available to any third parties for any other reasons other than this Program. I understand that this registration is subject to a 24-hour free trial afterwhich my membership will be terminated at the discretion of the Administrator of this Program. I also understand that once registered as Member of this Program, I may terminate my membership, may stop receiving messages AND also may stop receiving cash incentives (where applicable) from this Program with immediate effect by using the "UNSUBSCRIBE" tool available in MEMBER AREA. AND I also agree that my membership can be terminated with immediate effect by the Administrator without any reason given whatsoever, and therefore I cannot claim any incentives due to me or any refunds whatsoever from the Administrator AND hence any incentives due to me to be forfeited. Incentives paid to me via PayPal or via whatsoever means, where the case may be, to be forfeited too if I failed to claim due to my negligence or whatsoever reason.
